Rachel Harper

Rachel oversees every detail in the runnings of the office, with an ability to streamline business practices through simplified systems and procedures.

Rachel saw the need for a boutique real estate business that raised the bar on how properties in the state were marketed, and in 2011 co-founded what was to become One Agency Launceston with husband Dean and parents-in-law, Peter and Liz Harper.

From humble beginnings, the agency has now grown to a team of 10 people and is one of Australia's most successful property businesses as winner of the 2016 REIA Best Small Agency Award.

The arrival of two adorable children in recent years – Austin, and Stella  – has seen her juggling the duties of being a Mum while continuing to work on the company's development and operations.
